As decided by the Board of Directors, ADIB Investment Management Ltd. and ADIB Confiance Management Ltd. will jointly contribute US$50 million to establish a new energy industry fund to invest in proposed new green energy projects. ADIB Confiance Management Ltd. is a wholly-owned company of ADIB Holdings Limited and currently manages trust assets of approximately HK$1.5 billion.
