New Directors
As decided by the Board of Directors of ADIB Holdings Limited, Comrade Zhou Leisheng Jason has been co-opted as a Director of the Company with effect from 16 May 2025, to exercise his duties as a Director and to be responsible for the investment in global resources projects and asset mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Jason Zhou was the Commissioner of the United Nations and has over 30 years of experience in international financial institutions. He is a seasoned expert in energy investment and infrastructure project financing.
