Notice on the Conclusion of Business Review
In accordance with the requirements of the financial authorities, the ADIB Group has conducted a financial and operational self-examination. The Board of Directors approved the implementation of a new financial, risk control and compliance system with effect from 4 April 2023. The newly appointed financial authorizers will also assume their duties from that date.
