ADIB singed agreement with Huscoke Resources
ADIB Holdings Ltd (Hong Kong), Asia Development & Investment Bank's Subsidiary, has signed an agreement with HUSCOKE RESOURCES HOLDINGS LIMITED (Hong Kong ticker: HK00704) to invest about US$11 million to subscribe to the convertible bonds of Huscoke Resources Holdings Limited. This marks the beginning of deep cooperation between ADIB and Huscoke resources in the energy area.
Huscoke resource Holding Co., Ltd. is a comprehensive energy company specializing in traditional and clean energy operation on the main board of Hong Kong. Its project involving 5 million tons of coal chemical and LNG products is expected to generate more than 20 billion RMB per year in revenue.
